Intelligent Vortex Precession Gas Flowmeter Model: LUXZ-5H
I. Working principle
When fluid passes through the spiral vortex generator, it is forced to rotate violently around the center of the vortex generator, forming a vortex flow. The vortex flow accelerates and passes through a constriction section along the flow direction, where the flow intensity increases. When the vortex flow enters the diffusion section, under the action of the return flow of the flow guide, the vortex undergoes secondary rotation. The frequency of the secondary vortex is proportional to the flow rate. When the flowmeter is properly designed, the frequency of the vortex is linearly related to the flow rate over a wide range of flow rates. This frequency is detected by a piezoelectric sensor, calculated and processed by a flow totalizer, and displays the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative total flow rate, and transmits the corresponding 4-20mA current signal
