Product Introduction:
Z-Series Rotary Paddle Level Controller
The controller uses a synchronous motor to drive the main shaft connected to the clutch for synchronous rotation. When the paddle does not contact material, the motor maintains normal operation at a speed of one revolution per minute. When the paddle contacts material, the switch control mechanism outputs an open (on) or closed (off) contact signal reflecting the position/height of the measured material, and automatically cuts off the motor power supply to stop the motor. When the material level drops and leaves the paddle, the spring returns the paddle to its original position to continue rotating and detecting changes in material level. It features good sealing, strong overload capacity, easy installation, and large output contact capacity.
Product Features:
1. Strong adaptability: Measurement is unaffected by different electrical parameters, density, medium viscosity, high temperature, high pressure, and other harsh conditions of the measured material.
2. Reliable operation, high accuracy: As the detection of this limit switch is not affected by changes in the medium's electrical characteristics or density, it requires no maintenance once installed and operational for any material being detected. Therefore, no on-site calibration is needed when changing the measured medium.
3. Strong anti-vibration performance for bulk material loads.
