Product overview: 

LP type vertical turbine pump is mainly used for pumping non-corrosive sewage and wastewater with temperature less than 60℃ and suspended solid content less than 150mg/L. 

The LPT type vertical turbine pump has a shaft sleeve based on the LP type, the lubricating water is passed through the shaft sleeve. It can pump sewage or wastewater with temperature below 60℃ and containing certain solid particles (such as iron filings, fine sand, coal powder, etc.).

Application: 

LP (T) type vertical turbine pump can be widely used in municipal engineering, metallurgy iron and steel, mining, chemical papermaking, water supply, power plant and farmland water conservancy projects. 

Working conditions: 

1. Neutral medium, PH value: 6.5-8.5. The temperature should not exceed 60℃; 

2. For the LP pump, the content of suspended solid in the medium should less than 150mg /L; For the LPT pump, the maximum diameter of the solid should be less than 2mm, and the content should be less than 2g/L. 

3. The LPT pump must connect the clean water or soapy water to lubricate the rubber bearings. For two-stage pumps, the lubricating water pressure should not lower than the working pressure of the pump. 

4. At the lowest water level, the first-stage impeller must be submerged higher than 0.5mm, normally 2-3mm.
