Introduction to the Deep Processing Project of Peanuts and Nuts

Shandong Yiksun Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is a professional peanut butter production enterprise in China. The company's production base is located in Linjian Town, Pingyi County, covering an area of more than 30 acres. It currently has three production lines, three office locations, and an independent inspection laboratory. The company has set up a domestic sales department in Zaozhuang City, Shandong province, and an international sales center in the International Trade Center of Qingdao Development Zone, achieving market expansion and outreach from domestic to international. The company currently employs 80 people and has five self-owned brands, including "Yiksun," "Gainuter," "Buster's," "Yichun," and "Nengqishi," and has obtained food safety licenses such as SC, HACCP, and HALAL. It has established long-term stable cooperative relationships with enterprises like "Weiwei Dairy" and "Tongfu Bowl Porridge." Its products are exported to 16 countries and regions, including New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Israel.

In 2017, the company reached a strategic cooperation with Hong Kong Sun Yik Group, transforming into a Hong Kong-China cooperative investment enterprise focusing on peanut and nut products. In 2019, it built the first domestic deep processing production line for peanuts and nuts equipped with GMP sterile filling environment, ensuring product hygiene and safety, setting a benchmark and guiding standard for the whole industry, and enhancing the competitiveness of Yiksun products in domestic and international markets. This production line can realize new production processes such as chopping, slicing, shredding, and powdering, making it a leading peanut and nut roasting and processing production line in China. It works in conjunction with the original peanut butter production line, sharing resources and achieving vertical depth development of products. The company has newly developed travel-sized and e-commerce products, enriching the product variety and expanding the sales channels. Once the production line is fully operational, the annual production capacity of peanut butter can reach 3,000 tons, and 5,000 tons of various nut products can be processed annually, with the company's annual output value expected to exceed 100 million yuan, directly creating over 100 jobs, generating more than 5 million yuan in tax revenue, and facilitating the cultivation of over 50,000 acres of peanuts in the surrounding area, increasing the income of more than 2,000 farming households by over 200 yuan each.

In the future, the company will adhere to the development philosophy of "delicacy, trust, safety, and respect," take root in the Yimeng Mountain area, extend the industrial chain, and contribute to the construction of Pingyi as a "beautiful, harmonious, and happy sub-central city."
