Axial blower is a key technology in the field of low-temperature waste heat utilization. It uses organic fluid as the working medium to convert waste heat emitted by the upper energy system into high-grade energy, thereby improving the overall utilization of energy. The liquid in the organic working medium is circulated into the heat exchanger, and the organic working medium vapor absorbs the heat and residual heat generated under a certain pressure and temperature. The steam drives the screw expander, and the kinetic energy output by doing work rotates the generator to realize power. The steam is discharged out of the low pressure organic The working medium of the expander enters the condenser to release heat, condenses into liquid organic matter, and then returns to the heat exchanger through the circulation pump. In this way, the conversion of heat energy and kinetic energy is realized.
Key parameters This product has a wide flow adjustment range, from 20 to 900m3/min, of which the flow range of single-stage high-speed blower reaches 20-900m3/min, and the flow range of type D high-speed blower reaches about 100m3/min-6000 m3/min. The flow range of type S high-speed blower reaches 700-6000m3/min. The main application gases: air, nitrogen, waste gas, flue gas, and sulfur dioxide. Characteristics High impeller efficiency The centrifugal impeller adopts a semi-open three-dimensional mixed-flow impeller, with a heat insulation efficiency of as high as 86%. The product is efficient and energy-saving, easy to assemble and maintain, and has few wearing parts. It covers a small area and is easy to install and maintain. The centrifugal fan body, gearbox and all lubricating oil system components are assembled into one body with the fan base.
