Space Capsule Prefabricated House – Urban Rooftop Phone Booth The slender steel capsule is hoisted by a crane and placed on rubber mats, then connected to the existing rooftop power supply. Sound-absorbing panels inside eliminate reverberation from traffic noise, providing employees with a quiet space for calls or a place for night duty. Its curved shell efficiently channels rainwater, while the weighted base ensures stability and wind resistance, preventing cables from being torn loose in strong winds. Once the lease expires, the prefabricated capsule can be lifted as a whole and moved directly to the next building — no wall demolition, no construction noise, instantly creating a private space above street level.
