Q: How does your water boiler safety cut out works?
A: Urns feature a boil dry protection system, which will switch off the element if the water level is too low. To reset the safety
cut out, switch off and unplug the urn and allow it to cool. Empty out the water and press the RESET button underneath the urn.Refill with cold water and switch the urn back on again. The urn will automatically re-boil. 
Q: Does your water boiler have keep warm system?
A: Yes. When it is boiling, the heating element will stop to work. When the water temperature drops some, heating element will start working again. 
Q: How long does water boiler take to boil water to 100℃ ?
A: Normally it's about 35~45 minutes ,it depends on the capacity and the specific power.More datas please contact us .
Q: What would be water temperature range during use ?
A: Normally with fixed built in thermostat our boiler cuts out at 96~99℃ and re-boiler at 80~85℃ . A mechanical or digital
variable thermostat is available for more precise temp control. Please check further with our sales.
Q: What is your actual capacity for water boiler ?
A: We have single wall and double wall water boiler .For single wall boiler,the actual capacity is same as nominal capacity .For
double wall ,actual capacity will be a little less than nominal capacity. Please check further with our sales.
Q: Is your boiler applicable for 120V voltage?
A: Yes we do have critical components suitable for high current market and areas .We have ETL for north American market .
Q: Does your water boiler come with a guarantee?
A: Yes. We normally provide customer 1% order quantity of easy broken spare parts free of charge. And, we will be responsible for repairing in case there is manufacturing fault over 3%.
Q: Do you perform urn handle assessment during developing?
A: Yes. We have standard handle assessment on water boiler.
Q: Do you have metal tap and metal handle ?
A: Yes,We do have metal tap , brass tap and stainless steel optional .At the moment (July 31th,2014),we don't have metal handle ,but we do have engineering team and metal tooling workshop to design and manufacture for customers if quantity is good. Please check further with our sales.
