Brief Introduction
As the professional lifting device, electric chain hoist is widely used in various lifting sites. In terms of the mounting type, it could be divided into 2 types- hoist with hook suspension and hoist with electric trolley. It is mainly consist of motor, gear group, brake and electric control with high working grade. Capacity from 250kg to 25ton are all available. Because of the optional capacity, speed and height, it adds large lifting convenience to the rough assignments.

Allman Electric Chain Hoist Main Structure and Features :
Housing : ALLMAN electric chain hoist housing are made of good quality Aluminum alloy , it is light but hard . Its fully hermetic design make it workable even in bad working environment .
Motor : The special motor for heavy duty electric chain hoist is installed with high-purity copper winding, high heating resistance (Class F insulation) and durable. Both the single speed and dual speed are available.
Brake : ALLMAN electric chain hoist adopts mechanical type magnetic braking , the brake pads are made of especially material , brake spring quality also very good and durable .
Sequence protection : It’s a particular electrical device , used to protect the hoist when the power connection is wrong , when wrongly connecting , the control circuit won't work .
Limit switch : Every chain hoist is equipped with upper and lower limit switch . When the hook reach the highest or lowest position , the limit switch work immediately to make the hoist motor power off , to prevent the chain out of the chain sprocket , thus guarantee the safety .
Core Inside Spare Parts :The gear group is processed in high precision (alloy steel material and heat treatment), acting as the reduction box to control the rotating speed of motor, preventing damage caused by sharp rotation. The output gear, chain wheel, gear and gear shaft cooperate with each other, running smoothly and having low noise.
Load chain : All the ALLMAN chain hoists are equipped with superior quality alloy steel chain , especially used to electric chain hoist . Customers can also choose FEC Japan Chain .
Upper and Lower Hooks : Using good quality steel material , Forged and treat heated . Make the hooks strong and good tenacity . Even the hooks are overloading , they don’t break , just deform. The hooks are equipped with safety latch to guarantee the safety .
Control Method : using pendant cable and hand switch control or wireless remote control , both optional .
