Benefits of using lay in ceiling are quite straight forward. They are very easy to install, replace and maintain. It's also fire-resistance, damp resistance, high temperature resistance, soundproof, ect.
To create various decorated effects, we can match panels with different types of T-grid.T-grids include flat carrier and groove carrier, with 15T, 17T and 24T. Flat carriers with lower level lay in tiles produce stereoscopic effect. While clear sharp line of groove carrier brings elegant appearance.
This ceiling is suitable for office, meeting room, exhibition hall.
Fixing method
First, level a plain line on walls with designed height for ceiling, then fix the wall angle.
Second, choose a suspension point, make holes in the solid ceiling with a drill, fix the expansion screw, the suspension bolt and suspension bracket for 38# main carrier.
Then fix the 38# main carrier, fasten it with screw and nut.
We regard it as upper hanging system, which enhances flatness of ceiling.
After setting upper hanging system, we fix T-grid under the 38# main carrier, connecting with suspension bracket.
And then adjust nuts on the bolt to level the main carrier.
At last, put the lay in tiles on the T-grid.
