All the pulleys adopt integrated bearing housing which is lubricated and filled with grease
1. The pulley can be divided into two categories: driving pulley and averting pulley, driving pulley is the main part for transmitting the power and there are two kinds of pulley sets: smooth surface and rubber surface, and rubber surface can be classified into smooth rubber surface, herringbone rubber surface and diamond rubber surface to meet different technical requirements. Averting pulley can be classified into smooth rubber surface and smooth steel surface.
2. According to the structural style, the two type pulley can be divided into three light duty, medium duty and heavy duty.
3. All the pulleys adopt integrated bearing housing which is lubricated and filled with grease and has two kinds: iron casting and steel casting, the shaft is made of 45# steel, the shell adopt weld assembly.
4. Based on the above design, the pulley is reasonably structured, convenient type selected, performance reliable, long life time.

Diameter:D=110mm-1250mm

Belt width: B=300mm-2200mm

Conveyor pulley,

Using international standard design and manufactruing technology,the corporation can produce head pulley,tail pulley,and bend pulley.

Driving pulley is the main part for transfmittiong the power.As per the different carrying capacities,the driving pulley can be divided into three categories:light duty,medium duty and heavy duty.And for the same diameter of the pulley,there are many different axle diameters and central spans.

Light duty:

Bearing Aperture:80-100mm

The axle and the hub are connected by the single key.And its single plate welding.The axle is unidirectial out.

Medium duty:

Bearing Aperture:120mm-180mm

The axle and the hub are connected by the ring lock.

Heavy duty:

Bearing Aperture:200-220mm

The axle and the hub are connected by the ring lock.

The shell body is aluminothermic welding fabric.

The axle can be unidirectional and two-way out.

The surface treatment of the driving pulley can be smooth steel,herringbone or rhombic rubber lagging.

The smooth steel pulley is available for the place which environment is small power,small belt width and dry.The herringbone rubber lagging has a big friction factor better anti-slippery and drainage ability,but is has its own direction.The rhombic lagging is available for two-way operationg conveyors.The vulcantized rubber lagged pulley are mostly used for important application.

The bearing housing of the pulley is lubricated by grease cup style lubrication.

(b) Shaft end: Both ends of tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered 
(c) Bearing: Single and double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance 
(d) Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with multi-stage labyrinth and retention cap with outboard rubbing flinger seal 
(e) Lubrication: Grease is lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors 
(f) Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end 
(g) Our roller saves on repair and maintenance costs of the conveyor belt due to the concentric design which decreases vibration
