Water Treatment System This water treatment system is mainly used to get pure water, mineral water, pre-treated water for all kinds of beverage. It can get rid of suspended matters and smell and color in raw source water, effectively also filter substance such as organics, microorganism, chloride, colloidal particles, and residual chlorine. Besides, this system filters can remove heavy metal ion to reduce hardness of the water, to make it reach to standard of drinking water. Typical Reverse Osmosis Processing: Raw water tank → Water pump → Silica sand filter → Activated carbon filter→ Sodium ion exchanger → Precision filter → Reverse osmosis → Ozone sterilizer → Water tank 1. Raw water tank: used for source water storage. 2. Water pump: provide the pressure to silica sand filter/active carbon filter. 3. Silica Sand filter: get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on. 4. Activated Carbon filter: remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on. 5. Sodium ion exchanger: remove calcium and magnesium ions in the water. 6. Precision filter: ensure that the granularity of the water into reverse osmosis membrane is less than 0.1 um. 7. Ozone sterilizer: use ozone Kill bacteria. 8. Water tank: for filter water storage.
