The high-speed suspending circular loom is improved from swing arm type oil-free little cam circular loom invented by our Yanfeng Group in 2008.It solves the quick wear problem of shuttle wheel and almost no wear of it.The warp will not be pressed by shuttle wheel,the speed of machine can be increased and makes weaving fabric smooth and beautiful.
1. Max. rotational speed of main body is 220r/min(recycle material) and 250r/min(new material).
2. It is controlled by color touch screen, which is easy to operate and check data.
3. Swing lever has dust cover to increase its lifespan more than doubled. (Patent No. ZL201310737523.X)
4. High sensitive detector for weft-breaking and weft-ending is adopted to avoid bad weaving effect.
5. Suspending device is adopted to increase shuttle wheel’s lifespan to more than one year. At the same time, plastic yarn will not be pressed and damaged by shuttle wheel, which increases the machine’s speed and fabric’s evenness.
6. 2.2kw DC variable frequency motor is adopted, save power more than 15%.
7. Fabric density can be adjusted with no stop of the machine to increase its evenness.
8. Production data is recorded automatically to avoid cheat.
9. It can be connected to office network, easy to read or print all kinds of data.
