Cladding aluminum sheet is made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy sheet, and its common thickness is 2.0, 2.5, 3.0MM, 3003H24. Its structure is mainly composed of panels, ribs and corner codes. The corner code can be directly formed by bending and punching the panel, or it can be formed by riveting the corner code on the small side of the panel. The reinforcing ribs are connected to the electric welding screws behind the board surface (the screws are directly welded to the back of the board surface) to make it a solid whole. The surface is generally pre-treated by chromization and then treated with fluorocarbon spraying. Polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500) for fluorocarbon paint topcoat and varnish. It has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance. It can resist acid rain, salt fog and various air pollutants. It has excellent cold and heat resistance, can withstand strong ultraviolet radiation, and can not fade or non chalk for a long time.
