DynaVision Technology's online defect detection system utilizes the principles of machine vision to inspect surface defects on continuously moving roll-shaped, strip-shaped, or sheet-shaped materials in real time. It accurately classifies and evaluates defects based on various image features such as size, shape, and grayscale value, providing detailed information about the location, size, and severity of defects.

The system integrates a new generation of high-resolution CCD line-scan smart cameras, combined with long-life LED light source modules. By applying machine vision inspection principles, it enables online detection of surface defects in various types of films and delivers precise product quality information. Its modular design allows for customizable configurations tailored to the material width, production speed, and defect size of the inspected products.
