2. Material characteristics: High temperature resistant and wear-resistant alloy materials (such as chromium molybdenum alloy, nickel based alloy) are used to ensure strength and wear resistance in high-temperature gas environments.
3. Functional features: By controlling the opening/closing of the valve spring, the intake/exhaust timing of the cylinder is precisely adjusted, directly affecting the charging efficiency and power output of the engine.
4. Process requirements: The head sealing surface needs to be ground with high precision, and the surface roughness of the stem should be strictly controlled to ensure the fit clearance with the valve guide (usually 0.02-0.05mm).
5. Working environment: Long term exposure to high temperatures (up to 800-1000 ℃), high-pressure gas erosion, and high-frequency mechanical impact, requiring excellent thermal stability and fatigue resistance
