SHANGHAI ROCKY ADHESIVES' mattress hot melt glue is a rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive or EVA based hot melt glue designed for making mattress, spring pocket or sofa. It is applicable for bonding foam with foam, or foam with nonwoven or nonwoven with nonwoven. It is with high bonding strength, good fluidity, low ordour, and good temperature resistance.
Shanghai Rocky Adhesives Co.,Ltd, starts the production of adhesives since 1995. Up to now, we owns two factories with advanced production equipment and detection instrument. The Shanghai factory has a workshop of more than 10,000 square meters with annual productivity of 20,000 tons. The Chengdu factory has a workshop of more than 30,000 square meters with annual productivity of 50,000 tons of adhesives. Rocky is one of the most largest production bases of high grade hot melt adhesives and water based adhesives.Its customers can be found in 31 provinces around China.
