     Galvanized perforated metal

Galvanized Perforated Metal is made of high quality low carbon Galvanized steel sheet after being perforated on the digital control perforated machines. Galvanized Perforated Metal has the features of good strength-to-weight ratio, wide range of open area percentages, accurate hole size, available in corrosion resistant materials, available in lightweight material and suitable for decorative applications.

      Specification:

• The thickness of coil from 0.2mm to 1mm, the length from 1m to 20m, the diameter from 0.8mm to 10mm.
• The thickness of plate from 0.3mm to 10mm, size 1.53m, the diameter from 0.8mm to 100mm. Specific style according to customer requirements.

      Process of Perforated Metal:

• Hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal. Immersed thin steel plate into the zinc bath, adhesion to the surface layer of zinc. Currently the main use is production of continuous galvanizing process, that is a continuous roll of steel immersed in melted zinc plating bath is made with galvanized steel.

• Electro galvanized perforated metal. This kind of perforated metal have a good ability of processed. However, thinner coatings, corrosion resistance than hot-dip galvanized perforated metal sheet.
  
  Stainless steel perforated metal

  Stainless Steel Perforated Metal is made of high quality Stainless Steel sheet/coil after being perforated on the digital control machines. Stainless Steel Perforated Metal is used in a variety of corrosive atmospheres; its long life pays back its seemingly high cost.

  Specification: The thickness of coil from 0.2mm to 0.7mm, the length from 1m to 20m, the diameter from 2mm to 20mm. The thickness of plate from 0.3mm to 3mm, the minimum aperture is 0.6mm.

  Aluminum perforated metal

  Aluminum Perforated Metal is made of high quality aluminum sheet/coil after being perforated on the digital control perforated machines. Aluminum perforated metal has the features of good strength-to-weight ratio, wide range of open area percentages, accurate hole size, available in corrosion resistant materials, available in lightweight material and suitable for decorative applications.
