Screw on belt machine is also referred to as raw material belt automatic winding machine. A new fully automatic winding mode, completely replace the traditional manual winding mode, improve the quality and efficiency; reduce consumption; save costs. Widely used in drinking water; valve; hardware; medical; chemical industry and other industries.
Before using the equipment, connect the air source above 0.45pa and the power source of 220V, clean the threaded joint to be wound, install the raw material belt, and the outer diameter of the joint to be wound must be greater than the start-up switch baffle of the equipment; input the number of turns to wrap the raw material belt on the screen, and put the threaded joint into the winding hole of the equipment by hand.
When the screw joint touches the start switch, the equipment starts to send the belt, the number of turns set for the clamping screw joint starts to wind, the belt return, the shear device cuts the belt, and the equipment continues to wind for one turn to finish. The buzzer emits a "drip" sound, and the screen display is completed.
The winding machine is equipped with Weilun touch screen, Anchuan 0.4KW servo and Mitsubishi PLC to make the operation simple and convenient.
