The crude oil get from physical squeeze or other methods is mixed with suspended particles, water, phospholipids, proteins, free fatty acids, organic or inorganic impurities, which affect the edible value and storage security of the edible oil. The purpose of oil refining is to remove the useless harmful impurity of the oil for eating, storage and industrial producing.
GLY500 edible oil refinery machine is made up by refining tank, vacuum dewatering tank, decolorization tank, vacuum pump, oil pump, alkali tank, measuring tank, and electrical control cabinet, equipped with automatic temperature control device, vacuum dehydration, heat insulation device and feeding buffer device, can be realized on the crude oil degumming, deacidification, bleaching and drying function.

Capacity:
The refining equipment processing capacity is related to the oil refining process and the oil grade, the refining tank processing cycle is related to the raw oil quality and the finished oil grade requirements.
Refining tank processing capacity 200-250L/tank, dehydration tank and refining tank are matched, decolorization tank filtration capacity 300L/tank, with time about 4-5 hours.
(1) If the crude oil quality is good, after heating, hydration, sedimentation, dehydration and other processes, about 4 hours to deal with one tank.
(2) If the crude oil quality is bad and the finished oil grade needs high requirement, after heating, hydration, sedimentation, alkali refining, washing, dehydration and other processes, about 12-24 hours for processing one tank.
