Hubei Rongfa Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 and is located in Pengchang Town, Xiantao City—the largest production base of non-woven products in China. It is a professional enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of non-woven products, covering an area of over 50,000 square meters. The company boasts multiple non-woven production lines, including 3.2m wide double S, SMS, SMMS, and SSMMS lines, along with a 5,000-square-meter standard clean production workshop. With a total investment of approximately 90 million RMB, it has further improved its quality control system.​

The company has successively put into operation 5 production lines: 1 unit of 3.2m SSMMS production line (German Reifenhäuser), 2 units of 2.4m SSMMS production lines, 1 unit of 3.2m SMS production line, and 1 unit of 3.2m SS production line. It produces 80 tons of high-quality non-woven fabrics daily, with an annual output of 30,000 tons.​

In addition, it is equipped with high-end high-speed printing equipment, including 5 units of 2.4m production lines, with a daily output of 20 tons of printed products and a monthly output of 600 tons.​

By 2022, the company has built over 30,000 square meters of production workshops and a 2,300-square-meter R&D and office building, among which 8,000 square meters are standardized workshops. It also features a Class 100,000 cleanroom with closed-loop management and an advanced multi-functional product laboratory, further enhancing its quality control system. Currently, it has nearly 500 production and sales personnel, with an annual output value exceeding 500 million RMB.​

Its products mainly include non-woven fabrics, printed products, disposable masks, shoe covers, caps, isolation gowns, surgical gowns, protective suits, and other disposable sanitary and protective products, applicable to hospitals, electronic factories, the food industry, beauty salons, decoration projects, cleaning, daily life, and other fields.​

The company has obtained ISO13485 quality management system certification, TUV CE certification, and US FDA registration. It also holds national approval for independent export rights of products and a Medical Device Production License, and has been awarded the "High-Tech Enterprise Certificate" by the state.
