1. Integrated gravity automatic backflushing water purifier
The integrated gravity automatic backflushing water purification device is a new generation of water purification equipment independently developed by the supplier after digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign technology. It has fast construction period, saves comprehensive investment, compact, flexible layout, small floor area, excellent effluent quality, and simple operation and maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for urban water supply and water purification for industrial and mining enterprises. The treated water quality conforms to the national "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water"-domestic water supply devices (excluding industrial water supply). The launch of this equipment provides a more convenient way for the treatment of small and medium-sized tap water purification stations such as urban water supply and industrial and mining enterprises. In 1999, this product was recommended by the Ministry of Construction for Engineering Construction. Since its inception, this convenient device has been provided to many users and has gained a good reputation.
The main equipment of the integrated gravity automatic backflushing water purification device is a steel structure. It is made into finished products in the supplier's factory, delivered to the site, and put into use after assembly. The construction cycle is fast.
The design of the integrated gravity automatic backflushing water purification device also fully considers the differences in water quality in various regions. While reasonably selecting the dosing point, the coagulation grid reaction function is added to allow the device to have sufficient coagulation reaction time. The surface load is designed conservatively to make the equipment more resistant to impact loads and is more suitable for use in different water quality occasions in various regions. The filtration system uses small resistance water distribution for deep and slow filtration to ensure that the turbidity of filtered effluent is ≤3NTU.
The integrated gravity automatic backflushing water purification device has the characteristics of convenience, practicality and simple operation in design. The entire system cleverly utilizes hydraulic characteristics to achieve automatic operation. It has low requirements on the quality of the operators. The entire device consists of two major parts: a grid cyclone reactor, a rapid inclined tube precipitator and a gravity valveless filter. The technology and performance of the two components are briefly introduced as follows:
1.1 grid reactor
The device is equipped with integrated equipment. The raw water enters the inlet part. After being dosed, the raw water enters the device from the pipeline mixer through the multi-grid and multi-layer grids set in the device, constantly changing the flow direction and flow rate of the raw water flow. By its own hydraulic action, the added coagulant is further mixed with the incoming water. The suspended colloids in the water collide and stir each other to enhance the flocculation effect. After raw water enters, suspended impurities are first flocculated into larger particles through coagulation reaction, and then enter the sedimentation area. Since the precipitator is square in design, the sedimentation area of the precipitator is utilized to the greatest extent. Compared with a circular vertical flow precipitator with the same cross-section, the sedimentation area is increased by more than 20%. The lower surface load ensures the sedimentation effect. Under normal circumstances, when the turbidity of the inflow water is less than 1000ppm, the turbidity of the effluent of the precipitator is already ≤15ppm.
1.3 Gravity automatic backflushing filter
This device is designed for automatic hydraulic flushing, and its working and operating principles are as follows:
The filtration process is: clear water after sedimentation or clarification enters the siphon riser through the water distribution tank and the U-shaped pipe, and then the water is evenly distributed in the filter material layer by the water distribution baffle in the top cover. The water is filtered from top to bottom through the filter material layer. The filtered water enters the water collection area from the small resistance water distribution system, that is, the water outlet tank is stored. When the water level rises to the water outlet pipe, the filtered water flows into the clean water pool.
When the filter is first put into operation, the filter material layer is relatively clean. However, after a certain period of operation, due to the gradual increase of solid particles and impurities in the filter material layer, the water head loss also increases, and the water level slowly rises along the siphon riser pipe. When the water head loss increases to a certain extent, the water level in the siphon riser pipe rises to the auxiliary nozzle of the siphon, water will flow down rapidly from the auxiliary nozzle, relying on the air trapping and ejection effects of the water flow and the extraction pipe to continuously carry away the air in the siphon pipe. When a vacuum is formed on the siphon tube, a large amount of water in the siphon riser tube passes over the top of the tube and falls down the siphon downcomer tube. At this time, the backwash process begins. The water from the flushing water tank rinses the filter material layer from bottom to top through the bucket connection pipe, water collection area and water distribution system. The flushed wastewater flows into the drainage well through the siphon pipe and is discharged. During the flushing process, the water level of the water tank gradually drops for about 5 minutes.
