* Fabric composition: 95%combed cotton 5%elastane SINGLE JERSEY-170gsm.
* Size range: S/M/L/XL/2XL.
* Printing: soft handfeel rubber AOP/background mid grey melange, can do any colour as per customers' order requirement.
* Waist: 4cm width jacquard polyamide waistband; sewed with triple cover stitching.
* Washing Carelabel: Heat transfer print carelabel inside.
* Front panel double layer with 2-needle cover stitching, 6mm width on outer pouch seams.
* Leg opening: Self folded main fabric with double stitching.
* Gusset: single layer in the same printed fabric of the trunks, with 3-needle flatlock.
* Packaging: hanger packed/box packed/topcard packed.....accordingly to order requirement.
Sample and production time:
* Proto sample and fitting sample lead time: 5-7days.
