Manure collector for cow farm
Manure collector produced by our company is very effective and labor saving. It can load and unload automatically. It needs only one worker to operate. It can finished 1000cows ranch’s manure collecting within 5hours which makes this job easier.
The manure collector machine is made of Q345B material,which is the most durable steel. The engine is driven by the diesel engine. The manure collector machine is used for collect cow and cattle's dung/manure in livestock farms.
For clean floor or brick floor, it works excellent. It can produce a clean and comfortable environment for cows.
1. The rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive axles is stronger load and more stable while driving. Increase and widen loading channel makes collecting quicker and the feeding speed is fast.
2. The dedicated chassis with independent design is stronger, and the axle adopts independent shock-absorbing bearing, it makes drive more stable.
3. Special customized gearbox is more durable.
4. The special chain is more durable and the maintenance cost is lower. The perfect combination of stir dragon and auxiliary grilling material is cleaner.
5. A special engine and a specific gearbox are more durable and lower failure rate.
6. The domestically developed ultra-wide feeding device makes the feeding block dry faster.
7. This machine is more effective and is labor-saving. this manure removal machine can be automatically loaded and unloaded, one person to complete 1000 cows pasture wihtin 2 hours, the problem of manure cleaning is solved easily.
