Q1: Was your company established in year 2013 as home page showed?
A: Our fty was established in year 1995.But we changed our company name as SUSINO (JINJIANG) UMBRELLA CO., LTD in 2013.
Q2: What is your sample leading time?
A: Generally, for OEM product, sample will be finished within 10-15 working days after artwork approval. For ODM product, it takes 3-5 working days.
Q3: What is the production time?
A: For different products, production time is different.
Generally, for OEM umbrella, the production time is 60 days after order details confirmed and received deposit. For other new developing umbrella and umbrella like five section umbrella, it will take 75-90 days after sample approval.
Q4: Is there any charge needed for asking sample?
A: For ODM item, we can provide 1~2pcs sample for free by freight collected. For OEM item, it depends on the design. Normally need USD25.00 per piece, and for the sample fee will be refund after place order.
Q5: What is the payment terms?
A: Normally, we do T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against copies of shipping documents). Of course it is negotiated for some special orders; we can accept L/C at sight as well.
