Wet peanut peeling machine is to send soaked peanuts into the gap between two adjacent rubber friction rings through the feeding mechanism;Then it rubs forward in the gap of the rubber friction ring. When the friction advances to the pressing wheel and the limit light bar, the peeled peanuts fall into the screw discharge, and the peeled peanuts are sent to the counter sheet by the screw shaft to be discharged from the discharge port. Under the joint action of auxiliary structures such as frame, fan, rotor, single-phase motor, screen (with two sizes), feeding hopper, vibrating screen, V-belt pulley and its transmission V-belt, the peeling work can be realized quickly and effectively.
Food production requires to ensure the integrity of raw materials. After peeling, the peanuts are 97%-99% whole kernel, and the skins and kernels are automatically separated.It has four functions, such as peeling, splitting, bud removal, screening and classification, high automatic procedure, low breaking rate, low noise, no pollution and so on.This machine has a dust suction device and vibrating screen, the dust suction device can suck the red skin of peanuts, vibrating screen can effectively remove the peanut bud embryo, so as to separate into the ideal peanut granule.
