Unsymmetrical rolling machine has the function of pre bending at the end of sheet metal. After feeding the sheet metal, it can directly complete the pre bending at the end of sheet metal and the rolling forming of workpiece on the machine. At the same time, this type of rolling machine is very convenient when rolling the roller with stiffener. After the plate is loaded, the stiffener is pressed and the rolling circle can be formed in one time.
The upper and lower working rolls of the machine are mainly driving rolls. The lower roll is equipped with wedge block lifting mechanism to clamp the plates to prevent the plates from slipping. The side roll is lifted mechanically. The tail of the upper roll is equipped with a balancing mechanism. The tilting and resetting of the overturned bearing body are operated manually. It is convenient to unload the rolled workpiece and cylinder.
Equipped with a mobile independent operation platform, it is more convenient for workers to use. The machine is simple in operation, convenient in maintenance and high in rolling accuracy. It is an advanced and practical rolling equipment.
