1、 Product features
PPR not only has the characteristics of general plastic pipe, light weight, corrosion resistance, no scaling and long service life, but also has the following main characteristics.

The raw material molecule of PP r has only hydrocarbon elements, and there are no harmful and toxic elements. It is hygienic and reliable. It can be used not only in cold and hot water pipelines, but also in purified water and drinking water systems.
2. Environmental protection and energy saving
The thermal conductivity of PPR pipe is 0.21w, which is 1 / 200 of that of rigid pipe.
3. Good heat resistance
The softening point of PP R pipe is 131.5 ℃ and the maximum working temperature is 95 ℃, which can meet the requirements of hot water system in building water supply and drainage code.
3. Long service life
The service life of PP R pipe can reach more than 50 years at the working temperature of 70 ° C and the working pressure of 1.0MPa. At room temperature of 20 ° C, the service life can reach more than 100 years.
4. Easy installation and reliable connection
PPR has good connection performance. Pipes and fittings can be connected by hot melting and electric melting. It is easy to install and reliable. The strength of its connection part is greater than that of the pipe body,
5. Recyclable green materials
PPR waste is recycled in the production of pipes and fittings after cleaning and crushing, and the amount of recycled material shall not exceed 10% of the total amount, which will not affect the product quality.
