1. Re-inspection of incoming materials

The manufacture of liquefied gas cylinders is to implement the GB5842-2006 standard. The standard stipulates that the main material of the cylinder must be re-inspected and re-examined before being used. Chemical composition test according to furnace number, mechanical performance test by batch number

Chemical composition: main 5 major elements (spectrum analyzer)

Mechanical properties: tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, bending test

The materials for the cylinder body is HP steel mainly provided by the first class steel factories in China.

2. Better inner quality. We have one more airtight inspection than other manufacturers to ensure that the 100% of the cylinders are not leaking before leave our factory.

3. Better external quality. Plastic powder as the surface protective coating. Wear-resistant, impact resistant and long service life time. Some other manufacturers choose oil paint and it is easy to fall off.

4. Our powder is the first international brand, and the powder has a service life of more than 10 years.

5. During the whole production process, there are 2 airtight inspection in total. One inspection is before the powder cured and another one inspection is after the powder cured. Water pressure test is also added, so the product quality is absolutely guaranteed.

6. The production is strictly in accordance with the standard requirements and the manufacturing process procedures. The most critical of the cylinder products is the welding and the heat treat process. Our welding and heat treatment processes can ensure that the hydraulic blasting and mechanical properties meet the standard requirements. In some small companies, heat treatment simply does not meet the requirement.
