S54 General Cutting and Grinding Fluid is a water based fully-synthetic cutting fluid for machining ferrous metal. It exhibits excellent properties of tramp oil rejection and corrosion inhibition.

S54 General Cutting and Grinding Fluid does not contain mineral oil, or any sulfur, chlorine and phosphorus additives.

S54 General Cutting and Grinding Fluid is a liquid with light color and low odor. It is transparent when diluted with water.

USAGE

1. Must clean up the system before Use

2. Dilute by water from 1:15 to 1:20

3. Use deionized water to dilute would be better.

APPLICATIONS

S54 General Cutting and Grinding Fluid can be used on cast iron, nodular iron, and carbon steels. It is designed for light to medium duty grinding operations.
