Air separation cold box conventional air separation, the products are gaseous oxygen, nitrogen, argon liquid air separation, and the products are liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon-oxygen, nitrogen liquid liquefaction air separation. Liquefaction cold box: Natural gas is liquefied, the product is liquid natural gas coke oven gas liquefaction separation, the product is liquid natural gas propane dehydrogenation (PDH), the terminal products are ethylene, propylene hydrogen, and helium liquefaction, and the products are liquid hydrogen, helium. Purification cold box: Low-temperature liquid nitrogen washing cold box is mainly used for low-temperature methanol washing cold box in the purification section of the chemical fertilizer process, mainly for the absorption of acid gases (CO2, H2S, etc.). Application of the product in low-temperature methanol washing: Absorption principle of low-temperature methanol washing: Use methanol as the absorption solvent and use the different solubility of gas components in the solution to purify. The equipment is small in size, high in heat exchange efficiency, energy saving, and low in energy consumption. Application of products in liquid nitrogen washing of synthetic ammonia: In the new synthetic ammonia industry, cryogenic purification methods of low-temperature methanol washing and low-temperature liquid nitrogen washing have the characteristics of low energy consumption and reliable equipment. Most of my country's new synthetic ammonia projects adopt cryogenic purification technical routes. Process application of liquid nitrogen washing: In addition to nitrogen, the hydrogen gas in the raw gas for ammonia synthesis also contains impurities such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc., argon, and sulfides, which cannot meet subsequent process requirements. Among them, liquid nitrogen washing is a cryogenic purification method. High-purity hydrogen is obtained by low-temperature rectification, and hydrogen and nitrogen are mixed in a ratio of 3:1 and sent to the synthesis section for ammonia synthesis. Cold box: Since the carbon oxide component can reach less than 2ppm, the working efficiency of the ammonia synthesis catalyst is effectively improved, the synthesis pressure is reduced, and there is no bleed gas, thereby achieving the effects of energy conservation, long-cycle operation and low emissions. Application of the product in air separation: In coal gasification, oxygen serves as a gasification agent to participate in the reaction to produce synthesis gas. The synthesis gas can be used to produce synthetic ammonia, methanol, etc., and can also produce city gas to replace some city gases, such as coke oven gas., synthetic natural gas can also be produced. The air separation equipment used in coal chemical industry is a chemical-type process with relatively high pressure. Most internal compression processes are used. The equipment is safe and reliable, and the extraction rate of oxygen and argon products is high. Application of the product in the production of liquefied natural gas from coke oven gas: The production of liquefied natural gas from coke oven gas uses coke oven gas, a by-product of the coking plant, as raw material, and uses methane synthesis process technology to produce SNG. SNG is liquefied into LNG through cryogenic cooling. Application of the product in natural gas purification and dehydrocarbon: After the natural gas liquefaction unit is pretreated and purified to remove sulfides, carbides, mercury and other components, since the heavy hydrocarbon components in the raw gas will freeze and block the heat exchange equipment at low temperatures, low-temperature liquefaction and separation are used to remove them. The pretreatment and hydrocarbon removal equipment is skid-mounted through the overall integration of heat exchangers and separators, which reduces the on-site installation workload, occupies a small area, and has a high degree of integration.
