SPC Locking Floor: Product Introduction

SPC locking floor is a new type of environmentally friendly flooring material primarily made from stone powder and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It has become a highly popular flooring decoration material in the current market due to its excellent stability, waterproofing, and moisture resistance.

Product Structure

The multi-layer composite structure of SPC locking floor serves as the physical foundation for its outstanding performance:

· Wear Layer: This is the hardest "armor" of the floor, determining its scratch resistance, stain resistance, and impact resistance.
· Decorative Film Layer: Located beneath the wear layer, it uses printing technology to realistically replicate various textures such as wood and stone, meeting diverse design needs.
· SPC Core Layer: This is the "backbone" of the product and the origin of its name. It is mainly composed of natural stone powder (calcium carbonate) and polyvinyl chloride resin pressed together. This layer provides the floor with exceptional dimensional stability, high strength, and impact resistance.
· Locking System and Backing Layer: The unique locking design allows the floor panels to tightly interlock without the need for adhesive, enabling easy installation.
