1、The Smart Space Saver. Bamboo cutting boards are ideal as they absorb very little moisture and have natural antibacterial properties. They are also harder than most cutting boards and are less prone to knife markings over time. Regularly used items such as fruit bowls, knife block or loaf of bread may be conveniently housed in this way.
2、Easy to clean: simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Boards wipe clean quickly. Do not wash in dishwasher or allow to soak.
3、Great for the environment: made of organically-grown Moso bamboo. Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows back quickly— preserving hard wood forests while providing a strong, dense cutting surface.
