[Methods]
1. Open the package and take out the snap tourniquet; expand it with the face of the
fastener upward, then apply the stretch strap around appropriate area or cubitus area.
2. Insert the fastener into the insertion part and fasten it.
3. Pull the stretch strap till it reaches appropriate tightness.

 4. While releasing the snap tourniquet, first press the face of the fastener to release the
strap. Then press the button on the face, the insertion part will leave the fastener automatically.
