Our production line of trailer axle was started in 2011，we use special steel of trailer axle, rotary rolling molding, high- frequency quenching, CNC machine processing and robot welding,the most advanced production line of trailer axle in China.Annual production capacity: 200,000pcs.

Feature of German type trailer axle:

1.Axle tube include one-piece tube and welding tube, to be forged by alloy material; After quenching, processed by CNC lathe machining, bearing bit high-frequency hardening, wear, bearing installation without heating, you can push, more convenient installation and maintenance.

2.High-quality,non-asbestos and environmentally friendly friction plate, with good performance, long life, low noise and pollution free, meanwhile there is wear warning line for inspection and replacement to improve the safety factor.

3.Efficient grease, lubricating effect is good in any work environment;can prolong bearing’s life and realize the real energy – efficient.

4.The well-known brand bearings,with large bearing capacity, high rotary speed, good rigidity, abrasion resistance, heat shock and vibration, safety in using.

5.Tire bolt is manufactured by alloy steel, with the feature of high strength, good tensile bending and not easy to break; At the same time, with two location sleeves in each side, use to ensure run accuracy after tire loading and protect the screw thread.

Feature of American type trailer axle:

We produce 11T low bed, general 11T round, general 13T (□ 150) inboard and outboard square,general 14T (□ 150) inboard,general 16T (□ 150) inboard.

First, the connection of axle body and head is not welding but shaping in warm extrusion; The metal fibers of axle is in flow linear status, were not destroyed, thereby increasing the strength of axis body and appearance is more perfect.

Second, the axle body through the whole heat treatment, grain size to 8-7 grade level, basically in good condition.

Third, with light weight which compared with other same ton axle, large carrying capacity, dynamic load factors are all bigger than 2.5 and more affordable.

Four, due to use of non-asbestos friction plate, will not pollute the environment , so more environmentally friendly.
