HDPE Geomembrane is an essentially impermeable HDPE Geomembrane used with foundation, soil, rock earth or any other geotechnical engineering-related materials as an integral part of a man-made project, structure or system. HDPE Geomembrane is designed and fabricated from 97.5% high density polyethylene and about 2.5% carbon black, adding antioxidant, anti-aging, UV-resistance and heat stabilizer.
HDPE Geomembrane is the low permeable synthetic membrane liner and geotechnical engineering materials which is widely used for solid waste containment, mining and waste water containment applications. BPM brand HDPE Geomembrane is automatically formed by pressing one or two geotextile layer to the HDPE Geomembrane layer in the continuous far infrared ray heating oven, polymer and anti-aging materials are added in the production process at the same time, so it can be used in unconventional temperature environment.

1mm 2mm HDPE Pond Liner HDPE Geomembrane for Wastewater Treatment in Vietnam
Due to the rapid development of industry, there are many kinds and quantities of of industrial wastewater, and the pollution of water body is becoming more and more widespread, which seriously threatens human health and safety. The water of sewage pool is mainly acidic and alkaline, toxic and harmful substances. Temperature changes will occur in the process of water treatment, so the requirement of anti-seepage of the pool is relatively high. BPM HDPE Geomembrane is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, it can resist corrosion of more than 80 kinds of strong acid and alkali and other chemical media, and has good impermeability, the water vapor permeability coefficient K <=1.0*10-13 g.cm/c m2.s.pa, the low temperature resistance is cold brittle temperature-60 degrees to-70 degrees, the melting temperature 110 degrees to 120 degrees.
