YTH35×2 soybean peeling and splitting machine is a new generation of large-scale soybean specialized dehulling equipment developed by WINTONE machinery after extensive market research to meet the market demand for large-scale soybean dehulling from numerous customers, and combined with the unique structural characteristics of soybeans. It is mainly used for dehulling and kernel making of yellow beans. This unit can be matched with large-scale soybean dehulling and kernel making production lines or used separately with independent dust collectors.
Traditional soybean peeling equipment is usually replaced by "roller crushers, hammer crushers, and rice mills", which use processes such as screening and grading, grade suction, etc. The equipment investment is high, the operating cost is high, and the yield of finished products is low. The YTH35×2 soybean specific peeling machine has high removal rate, high output rate, low crushing rate, zero flour yield, and zero skin and kernel, greatly improving the company's profits. It can be widely used in various soybean products factories (such as soybean milk factories, Rolls of dried bean milk creams factories, bean curd factories), as well as large fat processing factories.
