The vertical mill reducer is the key component of the key equipment in the cement production process, such as raw meal grinding, pulverized coal preparation, and cement finished product preparation. In the past, the high-power vertical mill reducer above 2500KW has been monopolized by foreign companies for a long time. We have broken such situation since we welded the first set JLP400 series(4200KW )vertical mill reducer gearbox successfully in 2005 which designed by Chongqing Gearbox Co., Ltd.
In 2020, we manufactured JLWS865 (8000KW) vertical mill reducer gearbox for Conch company successfully. The reducer has a diameter of about 4.4 meters, a height of about 3.1 meters, and a gearbox with 55tons net weight. It is the largest vertical reducer with highest power in domestic market which designed by Chongqing Gearbox Co., Ltd. Our products are well sold at home and abroad. It greatly promotes the development of large transmission equipment in China's building materials industry.
