The Coriolis mass flowmeter is a national key product developed by our company, has the characteristics of small pressure loss, small volume, and convenient on-site installation, which is widely used in process inspection and trade handover measurement in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, shipping, pharmaceutical, municipal, paper making, food, energy and other industries. It is highly valued by domestic and foreign flow measurement circles and welcomed by users. It is a relatively advanced and fast developing flow.
With the application of digital signal processing technology, with DSP chips as the processing core, Coriolis mass flowmeter that can accurately detect high-frequency signals of flow meter was developed. Compared with traditional mass flow meter, it significantly reduces pressure loss, expands the flow range, and greatly improves stability and reliability, reaching the international advanced level.
The Coriolis mass flowmeter produced by our company has complete intellectual property rights and has obtained multiple invention patents and utility model patents. It has the characteristics of high accuracy and good repeatability, and can achieve high-precision measurement of mass flow in a relatively large range. In addition to measuring uniform fluids with a certain viscosity, it can also measure various high viscosity, non Newtonian fluids.
The Coriolis mass flowmeter effectively improves the mechanical characteristics and quality factors of the Coriolis mass flow meter sensor, reduces the volume of the flow meter to a greater extent, and is more convenient for on-site installation and application. It has the characteristics of low resistance and low pressure loss, which greatly improves measurement accuracy, expands the range ratio, improves anti-interference ability, and meets the increasingly complex on-site working conditions for high-precision measurement to a greater extent.
