Nantong Allman Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional lifting and material handling equipment supplier with its own factory (Nantong Wellman Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). The heavy-duty electric winch is a new type of lifting and handling equipment that our company successfully developed and manufactured in 2019 and passed long-term continuous performance tests. Nantong Allman is one of the only two heavy-duty winch manufacturers in China. On the basis of the original heavy-duty winches in the market, the technical team has redesigned, upgraded the quality and processing technology of its accessories, and used higher-performance motors of internationally renowned brands, so that the quality of the winches supplied by ALLMAN has reached the highest level in the country.

Allman currently produces heavy-duty winches with rated loads of 500kg, 750kg, 1000kg, 1600kg, 2200kg, 3200kg, 3600kg and 5000kg. The reels and side plates are made of high-quality gray iron and ductile iron castings, which are formed at one time and have a solid structure. The length of the reel can be customized according to the length of the wire rope. The current standard wire rope lengths are 60 meters, 100 meters, 160 meters, 200 meters, and 250 meters. The motor adopts the international well-known brand WEG motor, which is guaranteed around the world. And custom wide voltage, used in 220 ~ 480V. At the same time, it can meet the dual-voltage switching on one winch, such as 220V / 380V, 220V / 440V, and it can be easily operated to switch the voltage.

Allman Mining Lift Electric Winch Core Features : 

1. The product body and reel are made of special high-strength materials with special treatment.

2. The gearbox adopts planetary gears, which has strong load capacity, high safety performance and no noise during operation.

3. High working level, reaching M5 working level.

4. The motor protection level is high, reaching IP55. The IP65 level can also be customized, and a higher protection level motor and a special electric control box can be selected, and the protection level can reach IP65.

5. The motor uses a large voltage range, 220V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 480V can be satisfied, and it can also achieve double voltage fast switching on the same winch.

Allman Heavy Duty Electric Winch Structure and Features :

• · --Body fixing frame: It is welded by standard channel steel, and standard installation holes are reserved, which can be conveniently installed in different working places such as construction site, mine, storage dock, forest farm and so on.

--Reel and wire rope: High-strength Q345 (Fe52) seamless steel reel. The steel wire rope adopts M1770MPa high strength and high toughness hemp core special steel wire rope for lifting. During use, the lubricant stored in the hemp core can continuously lubricate the steel wire rope, play a role of anti-corrosion and wear resistance, and can extend the service life of the steel wire rope.

--Transmission system: planetary gear transmission mode is adopted to directly drive the drum drive through the coupling, the starting torque is large, and the load capacity of the winch is enhanced. At the same time, due to the large number of sizes, the hoist is guaranteed to run smoothly, and the ability to resist shock and vibration Stronger.

--Gears :using superior quality steel , with particular heat treated , processed by CNC machine to reach high precise level . It's wearable , low noise and drive smoothly .

--Brake system: Electromagnetic brake is adopted to make the brake more sensitive and efficient At the same time, it has the characteristics of simple operation, low noise and long service life.

--Motor part: Aoman heavy-duty winch adopts international well-known brand WEG high performance, wide voltage custom motor. The protection level reaches IP55, and is equipped with a cooling fan cooling system to avoid excessive temperature during motor operation.

--Electrical components: the Schneider contactor of the internationally renowned brand is used.

--Control part: IP65 hand switch control or wireless remote control.

--Hook: It adopts German standard DIN standard. The hook adopts forging process and heat treatment to enhance the strength and toughness of the hook. At the same time, it is equipped with a safety tongue to improve safety performance.
