RAW MATERIAL

Raw materials play a vital role in the quality of tableware. The raw material of the tableware is the pulp board made of different kinds of pulp, including straw pulp and wood pulp, with abundant materials.

PRODUCTION LINE PROCESS

 The pulp molding tableware production line includes the following components:

1. Pulp making system

The pulp board and clean waste paper are disintegrated, screened, refined, and food additives are added to prepare a certain concentration of slurry for use by the host, including: pulper, refiner, pulp bucket, bucket, pulp Pumps, water pumps, agitators, concentration controllers, control cabinets, etc. 

2. Hot pressing + stacking system

The slurry is uniformly attached to the special molding die through the action of vacuum, the wet embryo product is stroked, and then the hot pressing system is transferred, the finished product is produced through the drying and hot pressing process, and then transferred out, stacked together, the whole process is automatic operation.

  

3. Vacuum system

Provide a vacuum for the molded products of the molding machine.

 

4. Mold

We can design the mold according to customer's sample

4. Air Compression System

Provide compressed air for molding machine transfer products.
