Technical principle: Membrane separation and decarbonization units use advanced hollow fiber membrane separation technology to remove carbon dioxide from biogas or landfill gas. The working principle of hollow fiber membranes is to separate different gas molecules through the different permeation rates of different gases in the polymer hollow fiber membrane. Among them, gases with fast permeation rates are called "fast gases", and gases with slow permeation rates are called "slow gases." Water, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and oxygen in biogas are all "fast gases," while nitrogen and methane are "slow gases." Therefore, this selective osmotic adsorption characteristic of the membrane group determines that membrane biogas purification can not only remove carbon dioxide, but also remove a small amount of water and oxygen impurities.
