Different from the swing beam shear or guillotine shear made by other Chinese suppliers, Lincoln only manufacturing hydraulic guillotine shears, and speciallu using hydraulics for return stroke, which means both cutting & return by hydraulics. To accormodate with this design, we always use Taiwan double vane pump, one big pump for cutting and return, the other small pump for clamping, and ARON (now change to Breveni) hydrualics, which fully imported from Italy.
Main Features:
Shears are manufactured to the highest standard with strict quality control to achieve a long life to minimum maintenance.
The frame consists of heavy duty, solid welded steel structure giving maximum rigidity and performance.
Standard controls comprise of electro-hydraulic operated variable rake angle, motorized front operated backgauge and inching mode for up-stroke and down stroking.
4 edge high carbon high chrome D2 quality shear blades. Independent clamping of hold downs, squaring ar, with disappearing stops.
