This computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo compression testing machine is mainly used to measure the compressive strength, splitting, axial compression, Poisson's ratio, elastic modulus and other mechanical performance indexes of concrete, self-repairing concrete, plastic concrete, ultra-high strength concrete, cement components and other materials. The machine adopts high-precision digital servo valve to control the loading, and the digital servo valve adjusts the loading rate in real time through calculation according to the data fed back by the sensor. The force value collected by the sensor is displayed on the display through the CPU calculation.
The machine adopts AC220V, mainly used for concrete compression strength test in lab. It is also applicable for compression strength test to firebrick and other material. It meets the standard request of GB/T50081-2002 “Common Concrete Mechanical Property Test Method”, JJG139-1999 “Tension, Compression and Universal Testing Machine (Verification Regulation)”, GB/T2611-92 “Testing Machine Common Technology”. It also meets the request of ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and so on.
l With overload protection function, when the force value exceeds 2% - 5% of the rated maximum force value, the motor will stop automatically.
l After the test of a single test piece, the user can set the piston drop time on the software test interface according to the characteristics of the test piece to make the piston drop to any reasonable height, which can greatly shorten the test time and improve the working efficiency several times compared with the original test machine.
l The frame structure of the testing machine reduces the back clearance error of the bolt fixed by the compression bar and enhances the reciprocating stability of the whole machine. (consistent with EN standard and ASTM)
l Using touch screen, keyboard dual control mode, more convenient operation, to meet the preferences of different technicians.
l The oil output of oil pump is 4.5l/min, and that of common CTM is 0.9l/min, which greatly increases the oil output.

l The piston is made of cast iron with a maximum stroke of 80mm.
l The protective cover plays a safety role, and adopts laser cutting technology and numerical control bending technology, with good rigidity, beautiful appearance and convenient use.
l Surface treatment technology: the paint of the whole machine adopts plastic spraying technology, which is wear-resistant, dirt resistant and easy to clean; the surface of the cushion block and the pressing plate is galvanized, beautiful and rust proof; the surface of the integrated block is blackened to achieve the purpose of rust prevention; the hard pipe of the oil pipe is phosphatized to prevent rust and corrosion; the surface of the joint is galvanized and blackened to prevent rust.
l There are sealing washers at the joint with oil cylinder and ferrules at the joint with oil pipe, which play a sealing role and prevent oil leakage.
The test instruments and equipment in GBT50081-2019 standard shall meet the following requirements:
1. The relative error of indication should be ± 1%;
2. It shall have loading speed indicating device or loading speed indicating device or loading speed control device, and shall be able to load uniformly and continuously;
3. The flatness tolerance of the upper and lower platens of the testing machine shall not be greater than 0.04m m; the parallelism tolerance of the upper and lower platens shall not be greater than 0.05mm; the surface hardness shall not be less than 55HRC; the plate surface shall be smooth and flat, and the surface roughness Ra shall not be greater than 0.80 μ m;
4. The ball socket shall rotate flexibly; the ball socket shall be placed on the top surface of the test piece and the convex surface shall face upwards.

Production introduction
This machine is composed of two parts: the main frame and the control cabinet.
1. Main frame
The main engine is composed of frame, ball seat, upper pressing platen, lower pressing platen, and oil cylinder piston.
2. Control cabinet
The control cabinet is composed of oil pump, motor, and high-precision digital servo valve.
After the oil pump is electrically connected with the motor, it is fixed on the mailbox at the lower part of the control cabinet, and the connecting plate of the digital servo valve is set at the upper right part of the oil tank. The measurement and control box is located on the upper part of the control cabinet. When the force is applied, the high-pressure oil from the oil pump enters the pressure reducing valve and the digital servo valve, and the digital measurement and control system controls the digital servo valve for servo loading according to the preset loading rate. During unloading, the high-pressure oil from the oil cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the servo valve to unload.
Controller function and characteristics
1) The controller adopts 32-bit high-speed processor chip, which can meet the requirements of speed data acquisition, operation processing and control, realize high-precision, high-speed closed-loop control, and data online transmission
2) The high-speed 24 bits A/D converter is adopted, and the code value reaches 600000, which meets the requirements of high-speed and high-precision sampling.
3) The digital hydraulic valve driven by computer is used to control the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil circuit to achieve high precision control.

5) In the aspect of software, the fully digital linear correction of sensor is adopted to ensure the acquisition accuracy.
