I Description:

Copper foil & wind wire welding machine is widely used in high-frequency and low-frequency transformer industry, a full-automatic machine for producing shielding copper-foil of the electronic transformer, which has so many advantages: casing adhesive tape, pre-welding copper wire, welding lead-wire, automatic cutting to length and R angle cutting. 

By using this machine, labor cost can be greatly reduced and raw material cost can also be controlled. 

The flow: Casing adhesive tape- wire end pre-welding-wire end beating-wire welding.

II Main features:

2.1 PLC control, HMI (touch screen) operation, simple in adjustment.

2.2 It can be used for all kinds copper wires welding, such as thick wire, thin wire, stranded wire, 3-layers insulated wire. 

2.3 There are 8pcs welding spots to be freely set. Each welding spot, you can choose A pcs copper wire and A+B pcs copper wire. 

2.4 Pre-welding function: No need strip the copper wire, just pre-weld tin in the solder machine, and then beat the wire end. It can make sure the solidity of any wire solder joint and smooth solder joint.

2.5 R angle cutting blade is customized. Both ends can be directly cut out of rounded corners finished products, rounded chamfer is standard, and omit manual cutting round corners process.
