ED900 high-speed automatic punching machine adopts automatic punching die-cutting technology, which integrates roll paper slitting, die-cutting and waste cleaning in the production of paper products. It eliminates the slitting link in the traditional process, and directly punching out the sample piece. Moreover, the sample piece incision is smooth, which greatly reduces the energy consumption and manpower, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and improves the utilization rate of paper. With the application of PLC micro electric control system and LCD visual human-machine interface, the working process of the whole machine is automated, and the working parameters and faults of the machine are dynamically displayed through the interface, so that the paper can be collected neatly and intelligently. It is an ideal equipment for disposable paper bowl, paper cup and other paper container slicing.
