A. Brief Introduction
JLM100-1800 model coating and laminating machine adopts electric, pneumatic and micro system and PLC control system. Used to coating one layer on soft non woven surface. It include:
- 1. Unwinding system:two seperate stand pneumatic rollers magnetic blade controller.

B. Main Technical Parameters
1. Applicability：coating 10gsm～75gsm roll base paper.
2. Coating materials: PE, PP, EAA, EVA and so on.
3. Coating width: 1250~1750mm.
4.Coating thickness: 0.010～0.2mm (single layer).
5. Evenness degree of coating: error±3% (according to actually base materials).
6. Strength of peel off: 3-5N/30MM (according to the actual coating material).
7. Max extruding capacity: 250kg/h.

9. Unwinding system adopts double shafts work station,Tension is automatically controlled by magenetic blade technology, and tension feedback system. Rectify system adopts trolley type automatic pneumatic rectifying equipment (EPC), rectify journey: ±50mm.
10. Extruder system : Pedestal for extruder adopts the light rail pedestal to move automatically from front to back, up and down.mother and son type mini extruder worked for color masterbatch.
11. Screw & Barrel: φ 100mm, L=33D, screw material: 38CrMoAl.hardening and surface itrogen Treated (NT), enhanced double mixing type, with high capacity.
12. digital intelligent temperature control system.
13. Loop of porcelain enamel for screw and barrel; (each zone with overload short circuit device).
14. Stainless steel inside heat die (each zone with overload short circuit device).
15. T-die: new type featheredge mould, material: 5CrNiMoV, hardening and tempering, deal with Chrome, having good tenacity, will not transmogrification after frequently using in high temperature.
16. The reduction gear box adopts high strength hard tooth surface reduction box with high obscuration and more reliable. lips is 0.008mm gap. Specially for coating machine,temperature range from 150-300℃。
17. Winding adopts four roller guiding roller rewinding, tension control by magnetic blade. Automatic accounting.
18. Max diameter of unwinding: 1000mm, max diameter of winding: 1000mm.
19. Pneumatic shaft for unwinding and winding: 3 inch (diameter: 76mm).
20. Total power: 100 kw. (cost 50kw/h during running).
