NOODLE LEAF PRODUCTION LINE Noodle leaf production line is a new type of noodle making equipment developed by our company in order to meet people's increasingly diversified demand for food. The features of this equipment are full utilization of heat energy and even drying effect, and it can realize the same line of noodle leaf and butterfly shape noodle leaf, one machine can be used for both purposes, and can be switched at any time.
1. Main equipment dryer
There are seven layers in the noodle leaf dryer: the upper area is mainly the heat drying zone; the lower area is mainly the cooling drying zone. Heat exchanger for heat supply, powerful blower for blowing, and heat energy recycling. The seven layer mesh belt enables the noodle leaves to fully turn over to prevent overlapping and adhesion. This ingenious design ensures that the noodle leaves are evenly dried without crispness.2. Finished product conveyorThe dried noodle leaves are cooled by blowing and then transported to the packaging machine for packaging.
