This arc down-adjusting NC digital display three-roller machine is specially used for profile bending . It can bend round and arc shape workpiece , and is widely used in oil, chemistry , ship-building , water and electricity , metal structure and machine making industry.
This equipment is a special equipment that uses the principle of three points into a circle to roll metal profiles from straight to curved and cylindrical workpieces. It has the following actions:
1.1 Lower roller arc movement. Power: hydraulic cylinder. Function: Apply pressure to the profile to make the profile bend and deform.
1.2 Rotating motion of upper and lower rollers. Power: hydraulic motor. Function: Move the profile to make the profile continuously bend and deform, and gradually become cylindrical. The lower roller is the main drive and the upper roller is the auxiliary drive.
1.3 Roller lifting movement. Power: hydraulic cylinder. Function: to meet the rolling of different specifications of profiles.
This machine is composed of main body, down roller, supporting roller, mould, transmission part, NC digital display, electrical system and hydraulic system.
