The low-carbon iron wire selected for the galvanized welded wire mesh is formed by automatic, precise and accurate mechanical equipment spot welding, and then adopts the surface treatment of dipping galvanized technology. It is produced by conventional British standard. The mesh surface is smooth and neat, the structure is firm and uniform, and the overall performance is good.

Galvanized welded wire mesh is divided into two types: electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized. Electro-galvanized is the cold galvanizing technology. Cold galvanizing is to hang the welded wire mesh that has been derusted and presents no pollution and infiltration into a special electroplating tank. The yin in the yin and the yang use zinc. The method in which the zinc ions on the positive electrode migrate to the negative electrode and discharge on the negative electrode when the DC power supply is switched on, so that the welded wire mesh is coated with a layer of zinc. The coating layer is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the anti-corrosion time will be relatively short; hot-dip galvanizing is to melt the zinc into a liquid state and immerse the base material in it, so that the zinc will form an interpenetration and bond with the base material It must be tight, and it is not easy to leave other impurities or defects in the middle. It is similar to that two materials are melted together in the coating part, and the thickness of the coating is large, which can be 100 microns, so the ability is high. The salt spray test is no problem for 96h, which is equivalent to the normal environment. 10 years.
