DZH single-drum longitudinal type fast-loading movable grate biomass boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fire tube boiler. The boiler adopts single-drum longitudinal movable grate, which has a simple structure and is durable. This type of boiler does not require uniform feeding, has strong controllability, has a small boiler area and high applicability. The design of this type of boiler is optimized to solve the problem of easy coking in the boiler, significantly improve the thermal efficiency and save fuel costs. The fuel for the boiler is a new clean fuel biomass fuel that is made into various shapes (such as blocks, granules, etc.) and can be directly burned through processes such as crushing, mixing, extruding, and drying. Manual feeding and mechanical feeding methods can be selected according to fuel characteristics. Using biomass fuel, it is environmentally friendly and clean, and meets environmental protection requirements.
